"Predatory agents, and unfortunately as a young and ignorant first time homebuyer it took me 5 years to realize I was completely taken advantage of. I was repeatedly told that I should have a homeowners policy rather than a condo policy on my townhome despite already having a master condo policy, leading to duplicate coverage and overpaying on my premium by more than 1k per year. I regret working with this office and I regret that I was too ignorant to trust their advice. I will never, ever use Carter Nicholson’s office again."
