"Everyone I have talked to so far, has been really nice. and friendly. Actually makes me feel like part of the family. There are two Hannah's who work for Cater Nicholson, (State Farm) Both Hannah's are awesome people. I love to deal with them directly. I am so glad I do not have to ask for Jake with Sate Farm, but I can ask For Hannah! Lol 😆 🤣 😂 😹"

"Needed to contact State Farm today. Called our agent , Carter Nicholson today and kept getting voicemail. We kept leaving messages and no one called us back. Then we call the 800 STATEFARM number and all that number does is get your birthday and says wait while we connect you to your agent which again no one answered. No matter what option you hit at the 800 number including to report an accident you get an Ai chat bot that rings back to my agent who doesn’t answer. So my wife and I got in our car and drove to their office only to find it CLOSED! Locked up tight with all lights turned off. Carter Nicholson was probably out playing golf with his cowboy hat on that he wears on his website. State Farm sucks! We’re leaving State Farm if I can find anyone to answer the phone to talk to. THIS IS VERY POOR INSURANCE COMPANY!"

"Mohiny Patel was very helpful today in helping me review insurance coverages for my home and autos. She was able to clearly explain the current coverage that I have and offered to make adjustments that helped me achieve better coverage at a lower cost. That's not a bad combination! As my cars get older, I don't need the same expensive coverage that I had originally. Mohiny offered me new options allowing me to save over $700 annually. That was a very beneficial review."
