These days, it’s rare to get that, because most of the time you’re stuck on the phone for hours, arguing with bots. So when you find someone who not only knows their stuff but can make one of the most transactional experiences (buying an insurance policy) feel like a conversation with your homie, you know you’re in good hands. Everything we see in a good ad: warmth, product knowledge, 5-star listening skills, etc. The kind of customer service you'd get if the agent turned out to be your college roommate. That pretty much sums up my experience with Will Hernandez. They say good fences make good neighbors. If Mr. Hernandez is your neighbor, you'll want to build a covered bridge between your homes. He's best in class. Period."
